Once you enquire for our services, we will provide you with an approximate start date. We typically book a month or two in advance. This is to ensure you will have plenty of time to provide information regarding your branding project or prepare any necessary content for your website. During busy seasons, we're sometimes booked 3-4 months in advance.

Your deposit payment (30% of the total cost of the project) is non-refundable and required to save your spot in our schedule. Payments can be sent via TWINT, Bank Transfer or Revolut for our EU clients and Wise for our international clients.

We like to break projects down into three partial payments to make the investment a little easier for you and to keep the project moving with regular payments at every phase.

There are fees for the website subscription (Squarespace/Wix/Shopify), website domain and font licences if you opt for a purchased font. Copywriting and Advanced SEO is also quoted separately.

We use Squarespace or Wix for service-based businesses and Shopify for e-commerce businesses. We do not work with Wordpress.

A successful brand is more than just a beautiful logo. Therefore it would be hard to express your brand story and achieve your business goals through just a singular logo. A full set of branding elements will give you the confidence to grow your business.

Yes, design is a two-way process and your input is important. We'll ask you to fill out the Discovery Questionnaire to begin with and to provide us with any images and text copy for your website or collateral pieces.

Upon the receipt of final payment, we will send you a link to download your designs. Your logo files will be delivered in four formats: PNG, PDF, SVG and EPS . Your stationery or custom packaging files, will be prepared for print and handed over as PDF or EPS files. If it’s a website, we’ll transfer the ownership over to you. We'll also keep a copy of your files in our archive in case you lose yours.

The Primary logo is the main logo of your brand that is used almost everywhere, whenever space allows. The Secondary logo is a more compact version of your primary logo and this is used when the primary logo doesn’t fit or feel right in the chosen context.
